How much does a loan signing agent cost?
The cost for Contract Closers varies based on the individual location. Closers are paid on a per file or per day basis. In general, the per file charge would range from $150 - $300. This would depend on the location of the closing, size of the package and whether the Closer would be required to download, print and copy the closing package. The per day rate for Contract Closers on-site is $400 - $475 max 6 hours over 6 hours will be negotiated.
How much does online notarization cost?
Online Notarization
$40 – Notary session which includes document preparation for one document and one notarial act (one seal)
$10 – Cost for each additional seal after the first seal
$5 – Cost for additional signer if you initiate a two or more signer transaction.
How much for mobile notary services?
In-Person
$10 per seal
Travel fee applies if mobile notary service is needed
